Job Responsibilities:
1. Unpacking, installing, debugging, and accepting instruments and equipment at the customer's site to ensure compliance with technical specifications;
2. Quickly respond to customer repair requests and conduct preliminary diagnosis through phone or remote tools;
3. Conduct equipment inspections, maintenance, performance calibration, and replacement of vulnerable parts according to the plan to prevent malfunctions from occurring;
4. Provide on-site training to customer operation and maintenance personnel on equipment usage, daily maintenance, and simple troubleshooting;
5. Professional communication, managing customer expectations, improving satisfaction, and handling complaints;
6. Provide accurate feedback on equipment malfunction information, customer needs, and market trends to the company's internal team.
Job requirements:
1. Graduates from electronic majors such as computer science, electronics, control, and communication, with a college degree or above, and sales experience is preferred;
2. Possess excellent language organization skills, coordination and communication abilities, critical thinking skills, and strong resource integration abilities;
3. Two years or more of after-sales experience is preferred;;
4. Possess good communication skills, infectious, and strong psychological resilience;
5. Strong career ambition, high sense of responsibility, proactive and enthusiastic.
