The micro nano laser developed and produced by the company is the first in China with complete intellectual property rights. The electro-optical conversion process of micro nano lasers includes three main steps: carrier excitation, optical amplification, and optical feedback.

By excitation from an external power source, charge carriers generate and release photons in the material, forming an amplification effect of light. In order to maintain the output of the laser, an optical feedback mechanism is introduced to enhance specific wavelengths of light and form laser output.

The electro-optical conversion process of this micro nano laser has important application value in fields such as micro nano electronics, biomedical and photonics. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, long lifespan, and simple structure. It is mainly used in the front-end process of wafer fabs and microcircuits, transparent electrodes, ITO cutting, and is suitable for use in military, aerospace, high-speed rail, biomedicine, and photovoltaics.
