The trainees first gained a deep understanding of occupational diseases from five aspects: overview and hazards of occupational diseases, laws, regulations and policies on occupational disease prevention and control, measures and means of occupational disease prevention, enterprise occupational health management and responsibility, and employee participation in occupational disease prevention and control work. Then, they watched occupational health warning education videos.

Through this training, all employees of the company have further understood the knowledge of occupational disease prevention and occupational health, clarified their job responsibilities, not only improved their protective skills and health awareness, but also promoted the normalization and standardization of occupational health training, ensuring that employees' ideological awareness and implementation measures are in place, and promoting the healthy and stable development of the enterprise.

To further popularize emergency rescue knowledge, enhance employees' self-protection awareness, strengthen self rescue and mutual rescue abilities, as well as fire safety knowledge, and strengthen employees' fire safety awareness. The company organizes emergency rescue and fire emergency drills.

Explain emergency rescue related knowledge, emergency handling of heatstroke and electric shock, commonly used first aid skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation and artificial respiration to the trainees. In the practical stage, the teacher used a human body model to demonstrate the procedures of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and artificial respiration first aid to the trainees on site. They provided hands-on and one-on-one guidance to ensure that everyone could master the first aid skills proficiently.

Subsequently, the company also held fire evacuation and emergency rescue drills for the office building. Through fire escape drills and on-site firefighting drills, the company's fire safety emergency response and evacuation capabilities have been further improved, enhancing employees' skills in emergency evacuation and rescue of lives.
