The HPLRM200 model is equipped with a NW laser or HOYA laser (Laser Head, Laser Power), a precision optical laser processing/observation microscope, a laser processing/observation optical objective lens, X/Y manual adjustment, Z-axis semi-automatic adjustment, and a marble precision optical basic carrier platform. Short circuit defect repair can be carried out for specific material layers of the workpiece, and the processed parts are manually picked up and placed.
